Nanocrystalline core characteristics 

Amorphous soft magnetic alloy material is a new kind of materials which appeared in the seventies of the 20th century, due to its low core loss and high resistivity, good frequency characteristic, high magnetic induction intensity, strong corrosion resistance and other advantages, causing the great attention of people, known as the new green energy-saving materials in 21 century .The grain size of the nanocrystalline alloy is smaller than that of the magnetic exchange interaction length, which leads to the average magnetic crystal anisotropy is very small.


1. Performance Characteristics

●High initial permeability and high AL value

●High effective insertion loss and better filtering and noise reduction effect

●Good frequency characteristics, and can adjust the initial permeability according to the requirement of insertion loss in different frequency bands.

●µ0 range: 20000~160000

●Excellent temperature stability

●Small size, light weight, except for with shell, can be also done by coating processing, more effective to reduce the size of the magnetic core
